I’m Peter Teteris, founder and principal consultant at Twin Rivers Project Management. I’m a real estate professional with over 20 years of experience specializing in commercial, retail, and institutional construction projects.

I’ve done it all and can provide the guidance and solutions you need.

MY STORY

  • I started my career over 20 years ago working as an Architectural Technologist. After a few years, I wanted better to understand how the projects I designed in Auto CAD were being built in the real world.
  • This led me to move into the construction side of development as a Construction Superintendent. This role gave me a unique perspective on coordinating all aspects of the construction process, managing sub-contractors, and balancing the demands of the construction schedule with the project scope.
  • Eventually I transitioned into a Project Coordinator role with Alberta Health Services, representing the project owner throughout the construction of several healthcare facilities.
  • At the same time, I was also working as a Contract Administrator for several architectural firms on multiple commercial and institutional construction projects.
  • I then moved into a Project Manager role on a variety of commercial, retail, and office real estate projects.
  • After a few years, I was ready for a new challenge and partnered with PBA Land Development as a Development and Construction Manager working on large commercial construction projects, including new development, redevelopment, and tenant improvements.
  • Most recently, I’ve added Development Management Consultant to my lengthy resume, as the president of Twin Rivers Project Management.
