We are a multidisciplinary clinic providing a variety of services at a busy and convenient location. We take a multidisciplinary approach in our treatment. We offer detailed one-on-one services for physiotherapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, and custom foot orthotics.

We treat a variety of injuries and conditions such as sport and work injuries, trauma, car accident, strains and sprains , chronic back pain, neck pain, jaw pain, vestibular dysfunction, pelvic floor instability, and more.

Biography

After finishing her undergraduate studies, Lily continued to pursue further education in the field of healthcare and obtained her Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia.

Post graduation, Lily has taken numerous continuing education courses focusing on a wide variety of topics including the low back, lower limbs, neck, and shoulder. She is certified in assessing and treating various vestibular conditions (dizziness, vertigo, imbalance, etc.). She is also excited to add acupuncture and dry needling as a treatment option for suitable patients. She is able to speak English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

In the private clinic setting, she has treated mostly sports-related injuries, work-related injuries, and motor vehicle accidents related injuries but also has some work experience with children and adults with neurological conditions. Her experience includes working with Special Olympics BC as a fitness coach. She has over 12 months of international work experience in Southeast Asia, China, Australia, and New Zealand and volunteered with various sports teams and rehabilitation specialists to advance her own skills and knowledge.

During her spare time, she enjoys hiking, running, playing recreational squash or badminton, indoor cycling, cooking new healthy recipes, going to boot camp or working out at the gym, and traveling around the world. She has a special passion for running so she is a regular participant in running races and long distance events.

She has treated mostly sports related injuries, work related injuries, and motor vehicle accidents related injuries and vestibular conditions. She aims to decrease her patients’ level of pain, improve their movement patterns, increase their quantity of movements, improve their strength, and allow them to achieve optimal function.

Biography

Pamela has been a Registered Massage Therapist for over 24 years, bringing experience, skill and interpersonal warmth to her treatment room. Each massage is tailored specifically to your concerns using a variety of techniques such as: trigger point therapy, muscle energy technique, neuromuscular therapy and joint mobilizations as well as therapeutic exercise and home care suggestions.

​Pamela will determine massage pressure based on your tolerance, preference as well as therapeutic considerations. She has experience assisting clients living with depression, anxiety, PTSD and stress/burnout – providing a sense of relaxation and well-being using a variety of Swedish Massage Techniques.

​In her free time, she is either in a dance studio, on her bike or in the mountains enjoying hiking or nordic skiing.
